Your revenue manager reviews your account in advance, then builds and applies the full strategy with you on the call. Nothing is left for later.

Book a Revisit every six to eight weeks to recalibrate, or move onto a managed plan and let us run pricing daily.

How is the price worked out?
By the total number of listings in your pricing tool account. Up to 21 listings the price follows fixed bands (from $125 for 1 to 2 listings up to $615 for 16 to 21). Above 21 it keeps scaling: $615 plus $20 per additional listing for the Setup, and $365 plus $15 per additional listing for the Revisit. There is no custom quote and no maximum.
Can I book the session for only some of my listings?
No. The session always covers every listing in your account across all channels and tools, so the count is your full total. A trial on a few listings, or splitting the portfolio, is not possible because the strategy is built for the whole portfolio.
What is the difference between the Setup and the Revisit?
The Pricing Strategy Setup is the first-time session where we build your complete strategy from the ground up. The Revisit is only for clients who already completed a Setup with us: we audit the rules we built, recalibrate them for the current market and fine-tune. Every six to eight weeks is a good rhythm.
Is it the same price for PriceLabs, Wheelhouse and Revenuenaire Dynamic Pricing?
Yes. The schedule is identical for all three tools. Pick the tool you use and the session is delivered inside it.
How long is the session?
Up to 21 listings the length is fixed per band, from 30 to 120 minutes. Above that it scales with the portfolio: 120 minutes up to 50 listings, 180 minutes up to 70, 240 minutes up to 500 and 360 minutes beyond that.
How do I book?
Up to 21 listings you can book directly from the plans page, pay securely and pick a time on Calendly. For 22 or more listings, and for every Revisit, you book inside the Revenuenaire app: create a free account or sign in, choose the session for your tool, enter your exact listing count, pay and pick your Zoom time from there.
What if I want you to run pricing for me after the Setup?
That is the managed plan: Core, Plus or Pro, priced monthly by listing count and starting from $225 a month. It builds on the Setup, so the Setup always comes first.
