What is included in the PriceLabs Pricing Strategy meeting?
The session includes a full account review, live PriceLabs setup, seasonal and dynamic pricing rules, length-of-stay strategies, channel-specific markups and a Q&A.
How do I prepare for the meeting?
Once your meeting is scheduled, your account is reviewed and prepared in advance so all recommended changes can be implemented during the session.
Can you implement the strategy for me?
Yes. All changes and optimizations are applied live during the Zoom meeting.
How long is the session?
The meeting length depends on your account size and number of listings, according to the chosen package: 30 to 120 minutes.
Can I have a call before we start?
Pre-meeting calls are not offered, but you are welcome to reach out by message with any questions or clarifications before scheduling the service.
Do I need to have a PriceLabs account?
Yes, a PriceLabs account is required so your listings can be optimized during the session.
Will you need my PriceLabs login details?
Yes, the PriceLabs main admin login is required, plus your Airbnb listing links. In some cases the Airbnb login is needed as well.
Can this strategy work for multiple listings?
Yes. You must select the package that exactly matches the number of listings in your account. Some listings need extra adjustments according to their performance and market demand changes.
Which platforms are supported?
We focus on Airbnb, Vrbo and other OTAs that are compatible and already integrated into PriceLabs.
Is this a one-time session or ongoing service?
This is a one-time strategy and implementation session. For ongoing optimization, additional services are available.
I have multiple listings but want to try the service on just one or two. Can I do that?
No. You must select the package that exactly matches the total number of listings you want to optimize, as the service is designed to implement changes for all selected listings.
