Google Vacation Rentals and TripAdvisor are search and metasearch channels: they show your property, rates and availability to travelers who have not decided where to book. Optimizing them means accurate listing content and photos, rate parity and availability across channels, and a direct booking link that is competitive with the OTAs.
Dubrovnik sells mostly through Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo. Dubrovnik rentals win by pricing scarcity, not by chasing occupancy. We set three to five night minimums in July and August, let single gaps go only close to arrival, and price views, terraces and air-conditioning as premiums. Cruise schedules can affect day crowds and guest perception, so we watch them when setting Old Town rates. Off-season floors stay firm, with longer-stay offers instead of deep cuts.
Booking.com is the strongest channel for Dubrovnik hotels and apartments. Airbnb is important for Old Town apartments and longer stays. Vrbo adds families, and Expedia brings North American couples. We keep parity tight and describe stairs, parking and walking distance clearly, which matter a lot inside the walls.
The full service is described on our other ota optimization page; this page covers how it applies in Dubrovnik.
