Google Vacation Rentals and TripAdvisor are search and metasearch channels: they show your property, rates and availability to travelers who have not decided where to book. Optimizing them means accurate listing content and photos, rate parity and availability across channels, and a direct booking link that is competitive with the OTAs.
Bratislava sells mostly through Airbnb and Booking.com. Bratislava Airbnb revenue management is a weekend game. We set Friday and Saturday floors well above weekdays, use two-night minimums in peak months, and add a Christmas-market premium from late November. Midweek, we position listings as an affordable base for Vienna, with good train and bus links mentioned in titles. Group bookings need clear rules and sensible pricing for larger units, so they earn more without inviting problems with neighbours.
Booking.com is the main channel for Bratislava, especially with central European and German-speaking guests. Airbnb is strong for groups, couples and longer stays in the Old Town. We keep rates in parity, use Booking.com promotions in the winter months, and make sure every listing explains walking distance to the Old Town and transport links to Vienna.
The full service is described on our other ota optimization page; this page covers how it applies in Bratislava.
