Google Vacation Rentals and TripAdvisor are search and metasearch channels: they show your property, rates and availability to travelers who have not decided where to book. Optimizing them means accurate listing content and photos, rate parity and availability across channels, and a direct booking link that is competitive with the OTAs.
Kraków sells mostly through Airbnb and Booking.com. In Krakow's high-supply Old Town we price by bedrooms and sleeping arrangements, because a flat that sleeps six with separate beds wins group bookings that couples' studios cannot. Weekend minimums protect Friday and Saturday, while house rules and deposits manage party risk. Listings should mention distance to the Rynek, airport transfers and day-trip pickups for Auschwitz and Wieliczka.
Booking.com is dominant for international guests, with Airbnb strong for groups and families. Expedia adds North American visitors on wider Central Europe trips. We keep parity, use visibility programmes in January and February, and maintain listings in English and Polish with clear group policies.
The full service is described on our other ota optimization page; this page covers how it applies in Kraków.
