Google Vacation Rentals and TripAdvisor are search and metasearch channels: they show your property, rates and availability to travelers who have not decided where to book. Optimizing them means accurate listing content and photos, rate parity and availability across channels, and a direct booking link that is competitive with the OTAs.
Mallorca sells mostly through Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and FeWo-direkt. Mallorca villas live on weekly stays. We set fixed Saturday or Sunday turnover days in peak months, protect July and August with seven-night minimums, and price leftover gaps as short stays close in. In spring we price northern villas for cycling groups, who value bike storage, multiple bathrooms and space for kit. Pools, sea views and distance to the beach are explicit premium factors, and we keep licence numbers visible everywhere.
Airbnb and Vrbo are central for villas, and FeWo-direkt matters for German families, who book early and often for two weeks. Booking.com leads for hotels and shorter stays in Palma. We keep parity, show licence numbers and pools prominently, and adjust German-language content and photos for FeWo-direkt.
The full service is described on our other ota optimization page; this page covers how it applies in Mallorca.
