Google Vacation Rentals and TripAdvisor are search and metasearch channels: they show your property, rates and availability to travelers who have not decided where to book. Optimizing them means accurate listing content and photos, rate parity and availability across channels, and a direct booking link that is competitive with the OTAs.
Singapore sells mostly through Airbnb (long-stay), Booking.com and corporate-housing platforms. For private homes, Airbnb in Singapore is a long-stay channel only. We build quarterly and monthly rate cards, with premiums for furnished units near MRT stations and international schools, and price three-month leases above longer ones to reflect turnover cost. Corporate-housing platforms and relocation firms bring higher-value tenants, so we coordinate pricing across them. Licensed serviced apartments can run dynamic nightly and weekly pricing tied to events and corporate demand.
Booking.com and Agoda lead for hotels, with Agoda especially strong among Southeast Asian and Chinese travellers. Expedia brings North American corporate and leisure guests, and Trip.com serves Chinese demand. For private residential units, Airbnb long-stay listings and corporate-housing platforms matter most. We keep plus-plus pricing consistent across channels to avoid parity issues.
