Google Vacation Rentals and TripAdvisor are search and metasearch channels: they show your property, rates and availability to travelers who have not decided where to book. Optimizing them means accurate listing content and photos, rate parity and availability across channels, and a direct booking link that is competitive with the OTAs.
Krabi sells mostly through Airbnb, Booking.com and Agoda. Krabi short-stay guests usually stay four to seven nights, so we set weekly discounts, three-night minimums in high season and gap-night rules around island tour days. Homes near Ao Nang beach and the pier earn premiums, while pool villas in Klong Muang compete on privacy. In the monsoon, we target domestic travellers and longer stays rather than slashing nightly rates.
Booking.com leads for European guests, Agoda for Asian and domestic travellers, and Airbnb for pool villas and longer stays. Expedia adds North American bookings. We keep parity, avoid deep monsoon promotions on Agoda, and highlight boat access and beach distance in every listing.
The full service is described on our other ota optimization page; this page covers how it applies in Krabi.
